App crashes or won't open

If ChargeKrab crashes or won't open, try these steps:

1. Force close the app and reopen it.
2. Restart your phone — this fixes most issues.
3. Check for updates — make sure you have the latest version.
4. Clear app cache (Android: Settings → Apps → ChargeKrab → Storage → Clear Cache).
5. Reinstall the app — download the latest version from our download page.
